Mandai Orchid Gardens is Singapore's largest commercial orchid garden. It features an entire hillside covered with flowering orchids including Singapore's National Flower, the Vanda Miss Joaquim, as well as a landscaped Water Garden. Approved by the Tourist Promotion Board as a tourist attraction since 1961, it attracted 200,000 visitors in 1992.
